Integrated lineup discovery directly into the client, boosting returning user sessions by 18% in competitive FPS titles.
Senior PMGaming & Social
Overview
We built lineup discovery directly into the client for Valorant and CS—and hand-crafted 1,000+ short-form lineup videos tied to map/agent context. Our team owned the entire pipeline from planning to capture, editing, post, QA, and publishing, so players could learn without ever alt-tabbing.
Problem
Players lost time alt-tabbing to third-party guides for grenade and ability lineups, breaking flow and hurting engagement—especially for new players learning maps.
Role
Role: Content Producer
Co-led the end-to-end content pipeline; aligned design, engineering, UX, and marketing; and set quality bars, naming conventions, and publishing standards for 1,000+ in-client videos.
Pre-production: Planned lineup coverage by map/agent; created shot lists, naming conventions, and visual standards for consistent capture.
Production & Post: Hand-crafted 1,000+ clips (capture → edit → post-edit polish → QA), optimizing for clarity, brevity, and repeatability.
UX overlays & integration: Partnered with UX to design on-brand overlays and slotted them into the client UI; mapped metadata to map/agent context for just-in-time discovery.
Publishing & scale: Standardized thumbnails, tags, and filing; automated parts of upload and verification so we could ship at pace without quality loss.
Go-to-market: Worked with Marketing to bundle “massive drop day” content, coordinate influencer campaigns, and refresh evergreen sets around patch cycles.
